Change of Mind & Incorrect Sizing
If you've ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we do not provide return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your bank.
